  • Is your website secure?
    • Absolutely! Anytime that my site asks for your name, address, payment info, email, or phone number we use (SSL) secure socket layer to protect my supporters with a secured layer of communication. 
  • How long before my order will ship?
    • During holiday season we experience a rise in sales/demand so I ask that you allow us 7-10 business days to get you shipped out. During normal operations I ask that you allow us 3-4 business days to get you taken care of and in the hands of our trusted shipping carriers.
  • What forms of payment are accepted on your site?
    • credit card, debit card, PayPal, AmazonPay, AfterPay, ShopPay, and ApplePay
  • Why should I create an account?
    • When you create an account via our site it makes checking out twice as easy so that you do not have to input your personal information several times while you shop.
  • Can I order without an account?
    • Yes! You do not have to have an account with us in order to enjoy your experience although it is strongly encouraged that you create an account. 
  • Why is it important to fill out my phone/email information during checkout?
    • Filling out your phone and email information during checkout allows us to remain as transparent as possible. It is our job to ensure that there is communication from the time you make a purchase until your purchase is received. 
  • What are your delivery rates for shipping cost?
    • We have partnered with USPS to organize a set fee per order, regardless of the number of items you have purchased. Once you have input your shipping information the shipping cost will be automatically populated based on your location. 
  • Am I able to combine my free shipping discount with other discounts?
    • Absolutely! Our FREE shipping discount is an automatically applied discount when you spend $100.00 or more so if you have additional discount codes it is encouraged that you use them so that you get the biggest bang for your buck. 
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    • OF COURSE! We have a hassle free exchange policy that falls under our returns/refund policy guidelines. Feel free to check out our "Refund Policy" for more clarification. 
  • What does pre-order mean?
    • If you see any item(s) on our site that is on pre-order it means that you will have first pick on the size, selection, and color that you want in exchange for extended shipment wait times. We usually have a 30 business days wait on all pre-orders because of the process that it takes to ensure you get exactly what you want. In addition, the wait time allows us to iron out any issues in advance that may have aroused from our manufacturers. I like to think of our pre-order process as a "good things come to those who wait" process. 
  • My order has been shipped but it has not been delivered yet and it's been days. What happened?
    • All of our packages that are shipped have insurance through our trusted carriers so if your package seems as if it is stuck in a location or lost simply reach back out to us with your order number and we will be sure to look into your order for you and make things right. Your satisfaction is top priority!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes! We have shipped all over the world to include Canada, Alaska, Germany, and Korea.
  • What happened? I only received a part of my order!
    • Due to the way that our fulfillment centers are established, your order may come in parts but rest assured you will received all of the items that you have purchased with us.
