Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 10-day return/refund policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

The quickest way to get what you want is to initiate a return and, once accepted, place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
